Flat white

Served in a cappuccino cup. A single shot of espresso (30ml) topped with creamy smooth milk. Serve it flat, not frothy.


Macchiato

Served in a short glass. A single or double shot of espresso is “marked” or “stained” in the centre of the crema with a dash of foam and creamy milk.


Mocha

Looks great served in a regular or tall glass. Pour a single shot of espresso over a heaped teaspoon of drinking chocolate, then stir well. Finish off as per a cappuccino with extra chocolate sprinkled on top.


Cappuccino

Served in a cappuccino cup. A single shot of espresso, served with two-thirds creamy stretched milk, and capped with a raised, dense foam. Try sprinkling chocolate on the crema first.


Espresso (Short Black)

Served in an espresso glass or cup. A single or double shot of coffee, as requested. A single shot has 25-40ml of espresso liquid topped with a thick golden brown crema.
