Served in a cappuccino cup. A single shot of espresso (30ml) topped with creamy smooth milk. Serve it flat, not frothy.
Served in a short glass. A single or double shot of espresso is “marked” or “stained” in the centre of the crema with a dash of foam and creamy milk.
Looks great served in a regular or tall glass. Pour a single shot of espresso over a heaped teaspoon of drinking chocolate, then stir well. Finish off as per a cappuccino with extra chocolate sprinkled on top.
